An intriguing premise, with a nice hook in the beginning. I enjoyed our introduction to the bridge and the Brat. I thought the story started to drag after about the halfway point, though. What had been a real page-turner at the beginning turned into a bit of a slog, and the penultimate scenes left me a little flat.
