Sorrow's Knot

Overall it didn't work as well for me as [b:Plain Kate|7877239|Plain Kate|Erin Bow|https://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/books/1328772028s/7877239.jpg|7160746], but still very enjoyable. I found the start a little slow, and overall was a little put off by the number of characters who just happened to show up exactly when they were needed for the plot. Oh, and I was not entirely sold on the village's treatment of Willow.
Still, once the story got going, I was pulled in. I really enjoyed the interactions between Otter and her friends, as well as the journey that they ultimately took - filled with danger and horror and discovery.
I eagerly await Bow's next.
