Undermajordomo Minor
Quite a disappointment.
Started out with a generally unlikable protagonist caught in a Wes Anderson film. The writing style was pleasant enough, with the characters exchanging witty banter. Unfortunately, that's a problem. Everyone sounded exactly the same.
Also, after a while it became apparent that there was no story here. Just skits. And a very small mystery, quickly resolved. And a terribly disturbing after-dinner scene.
Worst, none of the people seemed to have actual motivations. They did things and in some cases we were told what feelings led them to do so, but it rang hollow, like it was all some pantomime.
